Terms of work

Payment

  • A session or a package is booked once payment has been made.
  • A package is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellation and rescheduling

  • A session can be rescheduled or cancelled no later than 24 hours before it starts.
  • If it is cancelled less than 24 hours before the start, or missed without notice, the session counts as used.
  • If the coach cancels, the client is offered a new time with no loss of paid time.

Refunds

  • Unused sessions from a package can be refunded if the work ends early, less the sessions already held, charged at the full single-session rate.
